I was a senior pastor for 8 years at Parker Christian Center.

Parker Christian Center was a church plant.  The church grew in size from 0 to 300 + during the 2 years of planning and 8 years of my time as senior pastor.

 

3.  Number of years you have served as a staff/support pastor:

 

I served 6 years as Minister of Christian Education and 3 years as Senior Associate Pastor.

Both of my staff persons were in the same church, a church of 1000+

I am not currently pastoring a church.  Currently I serve as Director of Church Planting and Missions for the Rocky Mountain District Council of the Assemblies of God.

 

8.  Describe any special skills, experiences………………..

 

Working with a “mother church” to plant a church.  Team building with a church board and pastoral staff.  Creating and building “buy in” for vision.  Purchase and renovation of facilities.  Development of global missions program.  Leading through a time of conflict.

Why am I a coach?  I believe coaching to be an incredible tool in helping leaders clarify their vision and developing a plan of action.  I have been coached for the past few years, and it has been an incredible help in my ministry.  I desire to see others benefit from the coaching experience as well.
