you've had or have that you think would help build coaching credibility with leaders in similar situations?   Experience with developing worship teams, youth teams, and Alpha courses.  Experience as
 part of a church revitalization (brought in with a new pastor to reinvigorate a church).  Helped to plant a church with Jerry Cassell in Parker, CO.  Have taken time away from ministry to get reoriented with my own family.  Learning to do ministry from a different frame of reference.

12.  Why Am I A Coach?    I want to grow as a person and minister by journeying with others in learning how to be the church in our funky culture.  I'd like to use my experiences and perspectives to help others.  I'd like to learn from the struggles of others rather than having to experience those struggles firsthand.
