you've had or have that you think would help build coaching credibility with leaders in similar situations? I have been both a church planter and a church revitalizer. Re-ignitiing a first love in the hearts of people for the lost around them is my driving passion. The church must become mobilized in reaching out to the community. Having been the product of total ministry burn-out, I believe that I can help pastors and church leaders who are struggling with their call and overwhelming affect ministry can have on their family life.

10. Previous ministry roles: Associate pastor, 15 years of support staff (unpaid/volunteer) in churches as a teacher, worship leader, jack of all trades, do whatever the pastor needed, fill-in kind of guy.
11. Why Am I A Coach? Because I can speak into the lives of others what God has given me and direct them in the steps of a good man that are ordained of the Lord and not into the steps of another man who was sucessful in the world's standard.
