We have spent the last 5 years changing the church culture to embrace unchurched people. It was previously only safe for church people with A/G roots. It has been a difficult time with great rewards now appearing. Steve Pike helped us through that process and one said it would get worse before it would get better. Wisdom is having an accurate view of reality! I can help coach others who are tackling that problem.
