What is BootCamp and why should I consider attending?

BootCamp is a ministry enhancing experience designed to benefit church leaders in a variety of leadership roles.  The training of BootCamp targets the needs of leaders preparing to plant new churches.  However, the insights offered are beneficial for every church leader.  A specific tract is offered for pastors of churches that need to be revitalized.  Training is also provided for the coaches and assessors who support church planters and revitalizers.

What is a Church Health?

Church Health training is a 1-day seminar prior to BootCamp that targets churches that are in decline. Redevelopment training has three objectives:

  • To understand the general dynamics that lead a church into decline.
  • To develop a realistic diagnosis of the state of a particular church’s current ministry and its future potential.
  • To develop a realistic strategic plan designed to move a particular church toward its desired future.
